Washrooms: Washrooms available. There are no change tables--but caregivers are welcome to change little ones on the floor.
LGFitness offers a family-friendly facility that focuses on progressive strength and conditioning programming from personal trainers who not only have a minimum of a degree in exercise science or kinesiology but also a multitude of professional credentials. Provided by the Government of Saskatchewan and offered by the University of Regina, there is a Cree language learning resource available under "Schools and play."
