Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. We don't recommend bringing strollers in as there is limited space--if possible just bring a baby bucket seat. Food: Feel free to bring your own food and snacks. Washrooms: Washrooms available. There are no change tables--but caregivers are welcome to change little ones on the floor.
LGFitness offers a family-friendly facility that focuses on progressive strength and conditioning programming from personal trainers who not only have a minimum of a degree in exercise science or kinesiology but also a multitude of professional credentials. MamaFit (open to all parents)
Regina and these playspaces are situated on Treaty 4 territory, the original lands of the Cree, Ojibwe, Saulteaux, Dakota, Nakota, Lakota, and on the homeland of the Métis Nation. Play is a significant part of culture and identity. Provided by the Government of Saskatchewan and offered by the University of Regina, there is a Cree language learning resource available under "Schools and play."
