LG Fitness

1560 C McAra St
(306) 525 5011

Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. We don't recommend bringing strollers in as there is limited space--if possible just bring a baby bucket seat.
Food: Feel free to bring your own food and snacks.
Washrooms: Washrooms available. There are no change tables--but caregivers are welcome to change little ones on the floor.
LG Fitness offers a family-friendly facility that focuses on progressive strength and conditioning programming from personal trainers who not only have a minimum of a degree in exercise science or kinesiology but also a multitude of professional credentials. They run classes throughout the day from 6am-830pm. The following is a snapshot of their most family-friendly classes. For more information, visit their website at www.lgfitness.ca/
MamaFit (open to all parents)
Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00am-11:00am

Regina and these playspaces are situated on Treaty 4 territory, the original lands of the Cree, Ojibwe, Saulteaux, Dakota, Nakota, Lakota, and on the homeland of the Métis Nation. Provided by the Government of Saskatchewan and offered by the University of Regina, there is a Cree language learning resource available under "Schools and play."
