Mama Fitness is typically offered three days/week at the Argyle Community Centre. The classes typically run Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 12:30. Thanks to the Early Years Family Centre and their sponsors, it is free for parents to bring their children. Parents are welcome to bring any or all of their children or attend by themselves.
